You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own personal and non-commercial reference. Beyond that, and except with our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, adapt, use commercially, or present as your own or anyone else's work any part of this site.
That applies specifically to the portfolio imagery and CGI. These images are the studio's work product. Reproducing them, using them in a portfolio, pitch, listing, mood board or marketing material, or training a model on them, requires written permission.
Where an image, product or piece of work shown on this site belongs to a third party — a photographer, maker, artist, supplier or collaborator — the rights remain theirs and nothing here claims otherwise. Individual credits are given where they apply.

Accuracy of the content
The projects shown on this site are presented as what they are. Live client commissions are labelled as current projects and, where photographs were taken during a fit-out rather than after completion, that is stated.
